1. Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions, including but not limited to suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and gaming privileges.

3.3 Account Security

Upon discovery of multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void any transactions, forfeit all balances and winnings, and permanently ban the User from the Platform.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.2 Deposit Requirements

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7.3 Prohibited Activities

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your 07jl account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance in accordance with our withdrawal procedures. Account balances left inactive for more than 90 days after closure request may be subject to administrative fees.

12.2 Termination by 07jl

07jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to provide required verification documents, extended periods of account inactivity (twelve months or more), or at our sole discretion. In the event of termination for cause, 07jl may withhold account balances and winnings pending investigation and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English in Metro Manila. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 07jl regarding use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Assignment
